Upfront payment: 115% to 155%

1st Back End Bonus (Asset Based): Achieved if AUM exceeds 75% of hired AUM by month 14. Payout bonus: 5% (based on production level).

2nd Back End Bonus (Production Based): Achieved if T-12 exceeds 75% of hired T-12 (best 12 of 14). Payout bonus: 5% (based on production level).

3rd Back End Bonus (Asset & Production Based): Achieved if T-12 exceeds 100% of hired T-12 for months 15-26 AND AUM exceeds 100% of hired AUM by month 26. Payout bonus: 15% .

4th Back End Bonus (Asset & Production Based): Achieved if T-12 exceeds 110% of hired T-12 for months 27-38 AND AUM exceeds 100% of hired AUM by month 38. Payout bonus: 10% – 15% (based on production level).

5th Back End Bonus (Asset & Production Based): Achieved if T-12 exceeds 125% of hired T-12 for months 39-50 AND AUM exceeds 100% of hired AUM by month 50. Payout bonus: 15%-25% (based on production level).
