Background: Neale worked for Merrill Lynch from 1968 to August 2015 when she voluntarily terminated her registration during an internal review regarding allegations concerning performance of supervisory duties related to funds transactions.
Overview of Allegations: Neale violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010 by refusing to appear for on-the-record testimony after receiving a request to do so from FINRA staff.
Result: Without admitting or denying the findings, Neale consented to a bar from association with any FINRA member firm in any capacity.
